Spanish Scrambled Eggs - In Pictures
3 Eggs / Bread / Chorizo / Splash of Milk / Butter / Salt / Fresh Chives (1)
REMOVE skin from chorizo
HALVE, quarter and cube the chorizo into little tasty chunks (2)
CRACK eggs into a bowl
ADD splash of milk and pinch of salt and some chopped chives (3)
WHISK
HEAT frying pan on medium flame
THROW cubed chorizo into dry pan (4)
NO OIL REQUIRED AS CHORIZO IS DRIPPING WITH OIL(4)
CHUCK butter into browning chorizo
PLACE bread in toaster
POUR whisked egg mix into pan
STIR until eggs begin to come together then remove from heat
SPOON soft fluffy eggs onto toast (5)
SERVE for breakfast then siesta all day

Chicken Kiev - In Pictures
Chicken Breast / Bling Butter (see recipe) / Bread Crumbs / 1 Egg / Plain Flour / Salt / Pepper (1)
OVEN on to 200C
REMOVE fillet from underside of chicken breast
SLICE a cavity into the thick topside of the breast (2)
TRY not to puncture the underside of the chicken
STUFF a chunk of bling butter into cavity (3)
CLOSE up the cavity using the fillet you removed (3)
PREPARE your coating mixture
ADD salt and pepper to flour and sieve onto a plate (4)
CRACK and lightly whisk an egg in a bowl (4)
POUR your breadcrumbs onto a third plate (4)
COAT chicken in seasoned flour (4)
DIP in egg (4)
ROLL in breadcrumbs (4)
HEAT a frying pan and some oil
BROWN both sides of your kiev in frying pan for a couple of minutes
THROWN in oven for 20 minutes
